What does bespoke software development include?
Creu brings product thinking, UX design and engineering into one team. Depending on the problem, that can include discovery, prototyping, system design, web or mobile development, AI integration, launch and ongoing support.
How does a project start?
With a plain conversation about the problem, the people affected and what a useful change would look like. We then recommend the smallest sensible next step, often a focused discovery or prototype rather than a commitment to the full build.
Can Creu improve or replace existing software?
Yes. A project can begin with an existing product, workflow or codebase. We first work out what should be preserved, what is creating risk and whether improvement or replacement is the better route.
Can you work alongside an in-house team?
Yes. Creu can own a complete product or work with your internal product, engineering and operational teams. Responsibilities and decision-making are made explicit at the start.
Do you only work with companies in Wales?
Creu is based in Wales and works with teams across the UK. Collaboration is designed to work well remotely, with focused in-person sessions where they add value.
